Rooms were modern, everything was fine. The staff was pleasant and helpful all the time. The location was amazing, at a moderate distance from a house museum. Ate at the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. I had very pleasant days staying at this good budget hotel.

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a fairly nice area, not far from the Trabzon Museum and the lively city center and all restaurants and shopping. Generous breakfast and other services were polite.

The rooms with nice shower and lovely bathroom, as example were neat and updated.

We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back. The staff from start to finish were excellent co-operating. On site rooftop restaurant served cheap food. The friendly service and the attention to detail😀❤

I stayed in this popular hotel for 3 days, had outstanding experience, loved its favourable location short walk to Turkey and a lot happening-restaurants, cafes, nice park and generally nice area and the center. The breakfast was generous and delicious and the entire staff was affable. Everything here was fine, I would return there.

Fairly clean and perfect hotel with particularly good location very close to the center, just what I needed. Location: the venue was close to the shopping area as well as the main town square where there is a lot happening-restaurants, cafes, nice park and generally nice area. I dined very close to the hotel at Pidecim. I got queen room for 8 nights, thoroughly enjoyed it...

The restaurant here was nice for breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom - large. Also, location was particularly good, just 5 minutes walk from a house museum.

I had a great experience at the hotel as the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff at Horon Hotel were friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went out of his way to assist me with printing documents from my iPad. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and provided a good start to the day. I would recommend this centrally located hotel for its convenience and friendly service.

Hopsitality and frendliness

Poor, almost non-existent English communication

1. Location at Ataturk Alani. Easy access to all the essential bus & tours offices. 2. Breakfast on top floor with view of city & the Black Sea in the distance.

1. Staff hardly spoke English. I am surprised at the 10~12 year old children hanging around Aya Sofya asking for money could make better conversation. 2. Room was spartan. Have better rooms at the same price in Ankara. Bed & linen were not comfortable. 3. Internet signal was intermittent & very weak if working. Network is shut down during the night so if you woke up early to use the Internet, there is no signal and you have to call reception who has no idea what you are saying. 4. Breakfast is so-so. 5, No place (hooks or towel rails) to hang your clothes or bath towels in the bathroom or the room. 6. They lie about safety box - there is none in the room.

The Horon Hotel in Trabzon is an excellent place to stay. The hotel staff is incredibly helpful. The room was reasonably priced at TL 261. The breakfast provided was fantastic. the hotel lived up to its 3-star rating.
